My Background

Mary Lee has a Master’s Degree in counseling and a certificate in Addiction Studies from Seattle University.  She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Certified Chemical Dependency Counselor.  She has been in private practice seventeen years.  Her practice focuses on ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), chemical dependency, and numerous mental health issues such as:  depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, self esteem, parenting skills, and couples therapy.

As an adjunct instructor at Bellevue Community College, Mary Lee taught in the Alcohol and Drug Program for many years.  She developed several workshops including one on ADHD and Addiction.  She also served as Chairperson of the Professional Advisory Board of CHADD, an educational and support group for parents of children with ADHD.

In her free time, Mary Lee enjoys time with family and friends, swimming and biking.
